Small permanent changes are the way to sustain good health, utilising herbs, supplements and nutrition to get things underway. My sleep is restored
Working with Desley was enjoyable, she made the steps easy to understand and we worked on how I could achieve my health goals around my busy lifestyle. Sleep was my biggest challenge and with Desley's help I have been able to get regular, restful nights. A lot of what we worked on was diet. There were a couple of supplements but not too many in my opinion. Desley is also a good listening ear, with a lot of life experience and knowledge that she was happy to share.
