There is nothing NOTHING… like honey from a bee keeper. I’ll never go back to store bought! And Michael’s honey is the bees knees (sorry not sorry for the bee pun). The basin back yard sells all kinds of honey but my favourite is the mixed blossom. We get it in the 1kg jar and it’s amazing all the way to the last drop. You can catch the basin backyard at many local markets or at their little shop in knoxfield. I having been buying their honey since they have been selling the jars from their home and I have loved it since I tried the first jar. As always I try an source local, with the least food miles and sustainable food sources. The basin backyard ticks all those boxes.
