Delivery Details

Your parcel/carton will be delivered by Australia Post E-Parcel, Fastways or Startrack within Australia during normal business hours. Australia Post and Fastways require a signature before the item can be left – if they have attempted delivery but failed the consignment will be held at a depot and a card left if a signature cannot be obtained. The card will contain information how to collect/claim your parcel generally during normal business hours.

Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time that is generally 3 weeks. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
