As part of our verification process, Pure Local Directory staff may have attempted to contact you via phone or email. We require a valid and communicative email address and phone number to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of each listing. If we were unable to confirm a working email or phone number during this verification process, your account may have been deleted.

We maintain a high standard of quality and only list legitimate Australian businesses. To ensure the integrity of our directory, all submissions are reviewed against our listing criteria. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the permanent deletion of your account and listing.

We ask that users do not post reviews if they have been rewarded or are closely connected to the business owner.

Directory Review Policies

At Pure Local, we believe in genuine feedback. All reviews are carefully checked before they appear, ensuring you see honest opinions from real customers. If you've had a great experience with a business listed here, we encourage you to share it! To keep our reviews reliable, we ask that you don't post if you've been rewarded or are closely connected to the business owner. If a business receives a less-than-perfect review, they have a chance to respond before it's published.
