I love Orientique dresses and recently bought a few at a great price, the order was correct and arrived quickly . I also got some cotton One Summer dresses which have been brilliant with the hot humid weather we've been having. Really bad service
The company can not do anything rightI ordered and paid for a garment Online 2 days later I received an email saying that my complete address had not been received.( Despite the fact that I had completed the online order form in full) I re-sent the full address and 24 hours later received another email saying that the garment I had ordered was no longer available and my order was cancelled. Why did it take 3 days and multiple emails to not fill my order? further I was told it would take 7 days for my refund to be processed.It remains to be seen if I ever see my refund and I warn anyone contemplating dealing with this company to be very wary - Review Posted By Lis Prosser On Friday, Dec 22, 2023.
