The customer service is amazing. I had a pre-order item in my order and they called me to check if it was okay to send my order together with that (only a few days later). I think I have only ordered 2 or 3 times, but I absolutely love the clothing they stock. My 7 year old has always been excited to see what beautiful, comfortable clothing has arrived.
