Fantastic CPR Training

This morning I undertook practical CPR training provided by Peta from Fast First Aid Ipswich. Peta made this training so easy to understand and made the group of people I was training with feel very relaxed and comfortable which led to all of us feeling certain that we could deliver CPR successfully if the need ever presents itself.
