GCPHY is a Specialist Homelessness Service and is funded by the Queensland Government Department of Housing and Public Works.
- We aim to accommodate and support young people who are:
- In crisis and in need of immediate accommodation
- Disadvantaged or at risk and in need of transitional (medium term) accommodation
- The Mobile Support service offer a range of services for young people to secure and sustain stable accommodation.
