Inland Civil and Rail is an experienced, professional and Regional civil earthworks contractor also offering reliable wet and dry equipment hire.   Assisting clients operating in rail, local and state government infrastructure, plus the mining and land development sectors. From our central location in Dubbo, we serve clients across regional NSW with no-fuss access to equipment and labour. Our clients include organisations such as RMS, Abergeldie infastructure,  Enviropacific, John Holland and ARTC.

We are a privately owned family business established in 2019, under the guidance of our owner/manager, Matt Martin, who brings comprehensive onsite knowledge and experience in the industry. Since we started, our rapid growth has been based on our ease of use, developing close, long-term relationships with our clients, providing skilled, experienced people and the quality, modern, reliable equipment we supply, which is always ready to go.
