I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome of Gary's help in laying carpet for me. He was accommodating with my requirements, polite and professional at all times, while also being friendly and personable. Not only was he super easy to deal with; he checked with me ahead regarding potential issues and imparted some of his extensive knowledge before and during the job. His rate was very reasonable given his expertise and my large room (plus two steps), which previously looked really shoddy and tired, now looks incredible.
