Property Whispers is Australia's first platform instantly matching buyers with real estate properties for sale - including properties that are advertised and real estate properties for sale off-market.

Property Whispers launched in 2017 as the world’s first 'Off-Market' property sales platform. 'Off-Market' properties are those not publicly advertised.

Property Whispers expanded its ‘match-making’ service to cover the whole residential property marketplace i.e. both advertised and off-market properties for sale. 

Liane Fletcher, Award-winning Entreprenuer & Co-Founder of Property Whispers came up with the idea in September 2015. At that time she was working as a licensed real estate agent and regularly saw buyers missing out at auctions and had limited access to off-market properties available in their area. Real estate agents, even with good databases were missing out on new buyers in the market every week, who could potentially be suitable for their listings. 

Property Whispers works like a 'dating website' matching buyers with suitable properties, just like a buyer’s agent would. This platform is ideal for agents and private sellers who do not want to pay for expensive advertising’ says Liane.
