Johnson Road Self Storage Gracemere was built in 2005 and in 2019 & 2020 had the last 2 Storage Shed Sections built. The complex is fully fenced with a New Electronic Gate installed. Storers can access their belongings from 6am -7pm Daily. the Facility has an Onsite Office - Opening Hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm, Saturday 8am - 12 Noon and Sundays and Public Holidays the Office is Closed. The office sells Removal Cartons, Tea Chest Cartons, Book/ Wine cartons, Locks, Tape and Bubble Wrap. Locally Owned and Operated. We are members of the Self Storage Association of Australasia.
There are 5 Sizes of Units - Locker 1m x 2. Personal Storage (with undercover parking) 1.m x 3m. 3m x 3m. 6m x 3m. 9m x 3m.
There are no dead ends within the facility, there are wide roomy lanes and you can drive cars/utes around the entire complex. Our sheds are 2.7m high, all units have insulated ceilings.
