LTC is 100% Australian owned and operated, and was established in 2012 by a team of career counselling and executive coaching professionals, who wanted to provide a unique service offering. In an industry which was all about volume, and set programs, we wanted to offer a service where specialist coaching and advice was tailored to each individual’s circumstances and needs.

Today, LTC has a national footprint with 30+ coaches in Vic, NSW, SA, WA and QLD.
