Insight Therapies: Child & Adult Counselling Wodonga delivers quality, client-centered counselling to adults and young people aged seven years and over. Recovery, hope, and personal learning is fostered in a safe and supportive environment using up to date, evidenced based neurobiological and trauma informed approaches.
Anita is passionate about creating an environment of physical and psychological safety, placing clients at the center of their work, and engaging in a therapeutic response which conveys understanding, acceptance, and value for each individual. By delivering counselling in this way, Anita’s clients are able to begin to heal and to find hope and freedom from the negative effects of trauma.
She’s registered with the Australian Counselling Associationand is experienced in assisting people who receive NDISsupport.
Anita and Bacardi are the first and only canine assisted therapy team in the Albury Wodonga area
