Hypnosis Joondalup

I sent my husband to see Ursula for his insomnia. He had sleeping problems since he was a teenager over 20 years. He only had three sessions then we went away on holiday. Ursula was recommended to me to see if Hypnotherapy would help with my severe anxiety. I could already feel the benefit after the first session. Hypnotherapy is really peaceful and when the session was ending I didn’t want it to. I felt calmer, more in control and the benefits have multiplied with every session. I have also had several hypnotherapy session via phone which work just as well as in-person and I love the fact that Ursula has made the phone hypnotherapy recordings available to me so I can dip in and out when I need help in between.
