We made the mistake of renting for 6 months from the branch cited above. At the end of the tenancy the Property Manager attempted to make us pay for the property to be restored to a standard it certainly wasn‘t when we moved in. Despite the Property Managers assurances about consulting with us there was none,just lies and duplicity. Despite assurances from Realmark Corporate at Leederville about investigating complaints this hasn‘t happened and we have been ignored.
